Susan Madon, MBA, CFRE is an outstanding communicator and educator. She loves sharing the learnings from her career in fundraising and helping new leaders develop in confidence to generate the resources they need for their institutions.

Susan is a nonprofit consultant and fractional executive director with three decades of experience strengthening fundraising programs, boards, and organizational strategy across cultural, education, religious, and human service organizations. She is the founder of Minerva Nonprofit Management and holds an MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business and a BA in Theatre from Jacksonville University. She is a current Master’s candidate in Museum Studies at Harvard University’s Extension School. Drawing on her background as a frontline fundraiser, educator, and advisor, Susan translates complex development concepts into practical systems that help small and midsize nonprofits build resilient, donor-centered revenue streams.
